<!--estcomments-->We understand that you were not happy about your experience but you have to understand that there was a crisis in the kitchen that needed to be handled first. The owner was in at the time (he come in on his day off) and went directly to the kitchen to help out the cooks because one of the cooks burnt his hand and that is why food was taking so long. He needed to get them caught up so the time for food was going to be shorter for the rest of the customers. He agree to come out and see you but you had left before he could actually come out. This is not something that happens often but it does happen in all restaurants.<!--estcomments-->
